Terms of Service

Last updated: January 1, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the linkeedih.click website and any extreme overclocking, LN2 benchmarking, delidding, silicon binning, tuning, or open-bench build services ("Services") provided by Overclock.click ("we," "us"), located at 214 W Martin St, Suite 3B, Raleigh, NC 27601. By using our website or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Description

Overclock.click provides LN2 extreme overclocking sessions, delidding and direct-die preparation, benchmark chase and record-attempt runs, silicon binning, daily-driver voltage/clock tuning, and open-air test bench builds. Final scope, session length, and pricing are confirmed in writing (email or invoice) after your goal check before a session begins.

2. Quotes, Deposits & Payment

Quotes are estimates based on session tier and current liquid nitrogen pricing, which is billed separately by the liter at cost and may vary at time of service. LN2 Chase Sessions and Record Attempts require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the estimated session fee to reserve a bench slot, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Remaining balance (session fee + LN2 cost) is due at the end of the session.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel or reschedule a booked session at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or no-shows, forfeit the deposit, since bench time and liquid nitrogen are reserved and ordered in advance. The U.S. does not provide a statutory right of withdrawal for scheduled, time-based services once a session slot has been reserved.

4. Customer-Supplied Hardware & Inherent Risk

Extreme overclocking, LN2 cooling, delidding, and direct-die preparation carry an inherent risk of permanent hardware damage or destruction, even when performed correctly and by an experienced bench tech. By booking a session involving your own CPU, GPU, or motherboard, you acknowledge and accept this risk. Overclock.click is not responsible for pre-existing defects in customer-supplied hardware, and is not liable for damage or failure of components resulting from sub-zero temperatures, cold-boot bugs, condensation, voltage beyond manufacturer specification, or delidding, all of which are known and accepted risks of these Services. We will inspect and note visible condition at intake and take standard precautions (insulation, condensation guarding, incremental voltage steps) to minimize risk.

5. Warranty

Overclock.click warrants our labor and workmanship (mounting, insulation, delid execution, and session conduct) against negligence for 30 days following a session. This labor warranty does not cover manufacturer defects, damage arising from the inherent risks described in Section 4, damage from misuse or unauthorized modification after the hardware leaves our lab, or component failure unrelated to our work. Manufacturer warranties on customer hardware are typically void once a chip has been delidded or run outside rated specifications — we will explain these implications before any session begins.

6. Benchmark Results & Records

While we log and validate benchmark results using standard tools (CPU-Z, HWBOT, 3DMark, and similar), we do not guarantee any specific clock speed, benchmark score, or competitive ranking will be achieved. Silicon quality varies by individual chip, and results depend on factors outside our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, graphics, photos of our lab and sessions, and logos — is owned by Overclock.click or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by North Carolina law, Overclock.click's total liability for any claim arising from our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific session giving rise to the claim. Overclock.click is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss — customers are responsible for backing up any data before bringing a system in for a session.

9. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

10. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] so we can attempt to resolve the issue informally. Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek relief in small claims court for qualifying disputes.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
